stay their own.
CB cannot name another business. The client is bound by the system from the number their message arrived on, before the agent runs at all, so there is no field and no phrasing through which it could ask for someone else’s ledger. It is not a rule CB follows. It is a capability it was never given.
It cannot delete a posted transaction either. To undo one it posts a reversing entry, so the original stays in the ledger and the audit trail survives the correction.
